We still remember when Rory first came into the shop many years ago — still in his school uniform — carrying one of his very first handmade knives. It wasn’t as refined as the incredible pieces he makes today, but even then, his skill and dedication were unmistakable.

Since that day, we’ve had the pleasure of offering Rory’s knives in our shop. He crafts each knife just out the road from Bantry, in Ballylickey, where his workshop sits nestled between sea and hills. Often, Rory stops by on his way home, bringing us a freshly made knife wrapped carefully in paper — each one a small masterpiece.

Returns within Ireland

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging in good condition. 

Gift Vouchers are non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns outside of Ireland

To return your product from outside of Ireland, you must first email us at info@craftshopbantry.com. Your return must be approved and given a return number. PLEASE DO NOT POST BACK YOUR ITEM WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING US.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will do this imiditally but the credit may take up to 10 days to reach your account.  

Exchanges (if applicable)

If something is broken we will request a photograph of the damage and damage packaging. The easiest way is to e-mail us on info@craftshopbantry.com  or call +353 27 50003 

You must notify us within 2 days of having received a damaged or incorrect order.
