Craft orders are shipped at the following rates:
Ireland: €10 or Free Over €100
UK Parcel Post up to 3KG: €25
EU Parcel Post up to 3KG: €45
USA & Rest of World Parcel Post up to 3KG: €50
BIRKENSTOCK orders are shipped at the following rates:
UK, EU, USA & Rest of World Parcel Post up to 3KG: €25

Delicate items, that are liable to breakages during shipping, are only available for collection from The Craft Shop, 11 Glengarriff Road, Bantry, P75 RV02
Orders if in stock will be shipped within 2 business days. If some or all of your order is not available we will contact you.
During the day we are busy in our shop in Bantry. We will always update our website in the evening but if a products sells in the shop on the day you purchase it online we will contact you.
Due to fraud, if shipping address and billing address do not match we will contact you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Breakages and discrepancies
In the rare event of an item arriving broken or where there are incorrect items or items missing from your order, please contact us immediately either by emailing email@example.com or call +353 27 50003 and we will help you.
If something is broken we will request a photograph of the damage and damage packaging. The easiest way is to e-mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call +353 27 50003 and we will help you.
You must notify us within 2 days of having received a damaged or incorrect order.
