Delicate items, that are liable to breakages during shipping, are only available for collection from The Craft Shop, 11 Glengarriff Road, Bantry, P75 RV02
Orders if will be shipped within 2 business days. If some or all of your order is not available we will contact you.
***During the day we are busy in our shop in Bantry. We will always update our website in the evening but if a products sells in the shop on the day you purchase it online we will contact you***
To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Craft Shop, 11 Glengarriff Road, Bantry, Cork, P75RV02, Ireland
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Due to fraud, if shipping address and billing address do not match we will contact you.
If you are shipping or returning an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Breakages and discrepancies
In the rare event of an item arriving broken or where there are incorrect items or items missing from your order, please contact us immediately either by emailing info@craftshopbantry.com or call +353 27 50003.
If something is broken we will request a photograph of the damage and damage packaging. The easiest way is to e-mail us on info@craftshopbantry.com or call +353 27 50003
You must notify us within 2 days of having received a damaged or incorrect order.
