The BIRKENSTOCK Florida Papillio Vegan Platform is the perfect sandal for anyone who spends long days on their feet, combining all-day comfort with a modern platform style.

This classic three-strap design is updated by Papillio with a trendy 28 mm platform sole and the new platform flex outsole, featuring a wider heel section for improved stability and balanced weight distribution. Horizontal grooves in the front of the sole enhance flexibility and support a natural rolling motion as you walk.

This style is completely vegan, the upper is crafted from Birko-Flor®, a skin-friendly, durable synthetic material that’s easy to care for and comfortable to wear.

    Returns within Ireland

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging in good condition. 

    Gift Vouchers are non-returnable.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

    If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

    Returns outside of Ireland

    To return your product from outside of Ireland, you must first email us at info@craftshopbantry.com. Your return must be approved and given a return number. PLEASE DO NOT POST BACK YOUR ITEM WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING US. 

    ***Please be aware that items returned to us from outside of Ireland may incur customs charges***

    Refunds (if applicable) 

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will do this imiditally but the credit may take up to 10 days to reach your account.  

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    If something is broken we will request a photograph of the damage and damage packaging. The easiest way is to e-mail us on info@craftshopbantry.com  or call +353 27 50003 

    You must notify us within 2 days of having received a damaged or incorrect order.
